Please make sure your pets are up-to-date on their vaccines. The NYC Department of Health requires us to have a copy of the appropriate Vaccination papers at the time of your appointment. You will need a Signed Rabies Certificate from your Vet, and a Vaccination Summary including DHPP (or DAPP) and Bordetella. Records should be emailed to DoggieStylesBrooklyn@gmail.com or faxed to 347.514.9140 the day before your appointment at the latest. Pets not current on their vaccinations will be asked to reschedule.
